I enjoy being involved from beginning to end, balancing creative ideas with budgets, vendors and timelines, and bringing all the moving pieces together. Just as importantly, I like making sure everybody involved feels supported, heard and excited about the work we’re creating together.

Project One 
Design/Marketing Manager & Creative Production
St Aloysius College, Melbourne

Branding Production Marketing Strategy

My role spanned design and production, helping St Aloysius College translate its strategic goals into communications, productions and projects that felt consistent, considered and true to the College’s voice.

I loved being involved from those early ideas through to the final delivery, bringing together the people and practical details needed to make each project happen. Whether that meant organising a photography shoot, working with an artist, coordinating an event or making sure a campaign was ready to go, I enjoyed keeping everything moving and everyone connected along the way.

Seeing all those different pieces come together was really rewarding, particularly when the work had a genuine impact on the College community.

Home & Textiles Buyer
Heal’s, London

Buying Supplier Management Production Quality Control

I looked after the soft textiles range, including cushions, bedding, blinds and sofas, working closely with suppliers such as HAY, Muuto and Ferm Living. I really liked the variety of the role and the relationships that came with it, often managing around 25–30 suppliers and manufacturers at any one time and following each product from the first sample through to delivery.

There was always a lot happening at once, from balancing stock and pricing to keeping an eye on production schedules and deadlines, but I loved bringing all those moving parts together and making sure everything felt considered and well looked after.

I enjoyed travelling to manufacturer sites to see the products being made, check quality in person and work through any production challenges alongside the teams on the ground.

Gallery Coordinator & Producer
Summertime Gallery, Brooklyn

Brand Strategy Artist Liaison Curation Campaign Strategy

I worked across exhibition production, artist coordination and marketing at Summertime Gallery, helping bring each exhibition together within the busy New York arts scene. I was often the main point of contact for artists, getting to know their work and working closely with them through everything from consignment terms to opening night.

There was always a lot happening behind the scenes, from coordinating artists and exhibition details to preparing communications and making sure everything was ready to go. I also introduced a monthly subscriber postcard series, giving each artist a small space to tell their story, and helped secure funding from the Andy Warhol Foundation.

I loved bringing all of those pieces together and helping each exhibition come to life, creating shows that not only connected artists with new audiences, but built genuine relationships with collectors too.

Gallery Operations Assistant

Production Design Exhibition Delivery Communications

Supporting the production and delivery of exhibitions and gallery communications, I created visual assets for each show, often visiting artists in their studios to understand the work before it went on display.

I worked closely with the gallery team throughout the exhibition process, helping coordinate artists, materials and communications, and making sure all the practical details were in place ahead of each opening. I enjoyed the variety of the role and being involved in the many moving parts that brought each exhibition together.

I really enjoyed being part of that hands-on process, seeing everything come together and helping create exhibitions that felt welcoming, considered and true to each artist’s work.

Abstract Artist (Personal Practice)

Art Personal Project

I paint mostly abstract work in my spare time, primarily as a personal and creative outlet, and often make pieces as gifts for friends. It’s become a way of thinking through storytelling and exploring ideas away from my professional practice. 

Over the years, I’ve loved working with a mixture of acrylic and watercolours on both canvas and paper, particularly raw linen canvas for its beautiful texture and soft tones. I’ve always been drawn towards texture and light, using colour to create compositions with movement and flow. 

It’s something that is very personal to me, but has also helped me connect with and understand artists when working with and alongside them in my professional roles.
